What can I do to help accelerate the process of getting an offer?
You should enter all the details into the questionaire, send the correct data, and keep your free dates updated.
What may happen if I don’t update my free dates?
If your performance receives an offer but you’ve failed to indicate that you’re not free, the status of your free date in our database will be set to engaged.
When will the agency reply to me regarding a specific offer?
When the employer makes a contract offer.
When can I get a contract offer from the agency?
If the employer accepts our agency’s offer and makes a contract offer in return.
What happens if - I don’t answer the agency’s offer, - the contact data I enter are incorrect or their changes are not introduced.
The status of your free date will be set in our database to engaged.
Why do you want me to send appropriate videos, photos, or if I'm a musician, a repertoire list?

What is STCW and who needs it?
STCW stands for Standard Training Certification and Watching. It is a worldwide convention that ensures a lateral standard of training is achieved across all countries in the world. Anyone wishing to work (artists and musician too) on commercial vessels that are over 24 metres long will have to obtain STCW qualifications/courses before they seek employment. Az adatlap legrészletesebb kitöltésével, a helyes adatok elküldésével és a szabad dátumok frissen tartásával.
Mi történik ha nem tartom frissen a szabad dátumomat?
Ha ajánlat érkezik az ön produkciójára és ön elmulasztotta jelezni hogy nem szabad, akkor az ön szabad dátumát az adatbázisunkban foglaltra állítjuk.
Mikor kapok választ az ügynökségtől egy konkrét ajánlatra?
Amikor a munkaadó szerződéses ajánlatot tesz.
Mikor kaphatok szerződési ajánlatot az ügynökségtől?
Ha a munkaadó az ügynökségünk ajánlatát elfogadja, és arra szerződéses ajánlatot tesz.
Mi történik akkor ha -az ügynökség ajánlatára nem válaszolok, -helytelen elérhetőségi adatokat adok meg. vagy azok változását nem jelzem.
Az ön szabad dátumát az adatbázisunkban foglaltra állítjuk.
Miért kell megfelelő videót, fotót, ha zenész vagyok repertuár listát küldenem?
..mert ezek az adatok nélkül nem ajánljuk a produkcióját.
Mi az STCW dokumentum és kinek van szüksége rá?
Nemzetközi egyezmény alapján létrehozott komplett alapfokú tűzvédelmi, munkavédelmi, elsősegély és mentési tréning. Aki 24 méternél hosszabb tengeri kereskedelmi hajón szeretne dolgozni mint artista vagy zenész annak STCW tanfolyamon kell részt vennie mielött munkába áll. A tanfolyam Magyarországon is elvégezhető.
